An engineer turned to software specialist with 4 decades of supporting IT applications. He has a rich domain experience in Finance, Manufacturing, Retail and Banking. He has worked on multiple platforms like Mainframe, AS/400, Unix and Windows.
He has specialized in supporting and mentoring modernization of applications developed in legacy platforms to GUI based systems. He is a specialist in evolving solutions to meet the business needs for proper balancing of cost and time to solutions, technology, automation and delivery channels.
An Electronics engineer by profession, Usha has 2+ decades of experience in the IT industry. She spent the initial 12 years in developing various tools & translators, modernizing legacy applications to industry-standard architectures & implementing these solutions at various customer sites.
Usha then moved onto managing customer accounts, aligning Softsell’s tool deliverables to customer requirements, engaging & educating customers & partners about Softsell’s modernizations tools.
Usha now manages partners & her primary responsibility is to validate Softsell’s offerings to partner / market demands and continuing to find new markets / strategic partners to further Softsell’s tools reach.
