Job Description:

Exciting opportunity for Project Management professionals! We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong stakeholder management and client handling skills to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a great opportunity to lead end-to-end projects, work with international clients, and drive successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Working with clients and management to plan & manage the project as per the signed contract.
- Ensuring the project is well-organized; and on track as per the schedule & escalating any deviations to the management.
- Overseeing the project's budget and making adjustments as needed.
- Addressing project management issues that arise during the project. Escalate technical issues to the Technical Lead.
- When the project is complete, evaluating its efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify potential risks & issues in the project & escalate to the necessary stakeholders for resolution.
- Oversee the project development to ensure that the final products meet the required quality standards
- Create regular status reports with updates to all stakeholders
- Attend & present status reports in regular status meetings with all stakeholders
- Interpreting client end goals to the project team and ensuring that become part of the plan
- Conduct weekly review for all projects, evaluate metrics as per BSL process, plan & manage deliverables, held on Mondays - 8 hrs
- Conduct weekly meetings with clients - 8 hrs
- Prepare for the meeting with status report & team
- Provide a clear, evidence-based status update i.e. What was completed last week vs. what was planned, What is planned for the coming week, Any deviations from scope, timeline, or budget (with impact)
- Surface risks and decisions early i.e. Call out blockers, dependencies, or risks that need client input; Ask for clear decisions or approvals required to keep momentum
- Publish minutes & action items
- Our clients are from USA, India & South Africa. Meetings are held during India working hours for all clients, except USA. US calls happen at night IST, but usually scheduled at 8:30 AM local US time.
- Follow up daily with teams for action items/ decisions/ Q&A. - 8 hrs
Total is about 24 hrs a week.
Weekly reviews are held in person in our office at Jayanagar 8 block, Bengaluru. Other meetings can be remote.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Technology / Bachelor of Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) in Any Specialization
  PG: MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization, MS/M.Sc(Science) in Any Specialization, MCA in Any Specialization, M.Tech in Any Specialization
